At Pit Boss Grills, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your grill or accessory in its original box with all manuals and components included to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
